Rita Owsley and Sam Campbell along with Johnny Owens are thrilled to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Owens to Daniel Combs, son of David and Judy Combs. Tiffany is from Mousie and attended Knott County Central High School. After high school, she attended Alice Lloyd College where she met Daniel.
