David Christopher Terry, age 52, of Larkslane, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, at the Select Speciality Hospital in Lexington after a long illness. He was born May 28, 1960.
He is survived by his parents: James and Joyce Combs Terry; 2 brothers: James M. (Leanne) Terry and Kenneth Terry; special Niece and Nephew: Mallory and Drew.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Bill Jones and Randy Combs officiating. Burial followed in the Terry Cemetery at Larkslane under the direction of Hindman Funeral Services.
