Audrey E. Cornett Miller, age 70, of El Monte, California, formerly of Sassafras, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013, at her home in California. She was born in Sassafras on October 8, 1942, to Troy P. Cornett and Opal Robinson Cornett.
She is survived by her daughter: Judith Renee (Robert) Williams; sisters: Joyce (Don) Amburgey and Martha Lynn (Melvin) Turner; grandchildren: Bobbie Williams, Ricky Miller and Elizabeth Miller.
She was preceded in death by 1 son: James Richard Miller.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel. Burial followed at the Robert S. Cornett Cemetery at Sassafras under the direction of the Breathitt Funeral Home of Jackson.
