Michael Lee Mullins, 63, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012. He was born June 22, 1948, in Hi Hat, the son of Mildred Dawson Mullins and the late Herman Mullins.
Mike is survived by his wife: Frieda; his son Nathan and daughter-in-law Stacy of Middlesboro; a daughter: Brenda and son in-law-Darrin of Georgetown; and daughter Cassie and son-in-law Stephen of Cynthiana and very special “adopted” son Ronald J. Costanzo; 5 beautiful grandchildren: Riley, Lily, Bailey, Zach, and Sebastian. He is also survived by his mother Mildred; sisters Mary Jenkins and Diane Adams, and brothers Gary and Terry, brother in law Steve Jenkins and sisters in law Kathy Mullins and Linda Mullins.
He was preceded in death by his father: Herman; brother in law Sammy Adams, and very special niece Sydney Mullins and a his dearly loved cousin, Bobby J. Meade.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Michael T. Powers and Robert E. Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain Memory Gardens at Hindman. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Hindman Settlement School new office building fund. P.O.
